Job summary

A leading vision care company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service representative to handle customer inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, with at least 1 year of experience or a fresh graduate willing to learn. This role offers training and a chance to build a career in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Candidate must maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, responding to inquiries and complaints.
  • Process orders and ensure data entry accuracy.
  • Follow up on issues to successful conclusion.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers, building positive relationships, responding to, and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time
  • Always maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Follow up the cases, keep the promises
  • Ensure a good understanding of the company products and services which is improved and always maintained
  • Provide detailed information about products and processes
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Ensure all complaints, opportunities for improvement and positive feedback from clients is recorded
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Accurate data entry
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure all tasks are thoroughly investigated within procedures and guidelines as outlined by Customer Service Manager
  • To carry out other responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree
  • A minimum of 1 years relevant experience, preferably service industry or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
  • Able to speak and write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • Candidate fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role required the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customer
  • Computer literate
  • Skills & Knowledge required:
