Qualifications

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Executive who is passionate about people, communication, and impact.

You’ll play a key role in driving customer lead generation, engagement, and sales conversion—helping parents, schools, and partners connect with our programs.

Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services, and convert leads into happy customers.

Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage social media and marketing content to increase leads and strengthen brand trust.

Research competitors, customer trends, and market insights to improve sales strategy.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and performance metrics.

Support events, webinars, and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.

Job Requirement

Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or Business (other related fields considered).

Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Excel, and AI tools (for ideas, visuals, and content).

Strong grasp of social media strategy and storytelling.

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Able to travel locally and overseas for campaigns and events.

Energetic, positive, and passionate about people and growth.
