Job summary

Job description
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and non members at DXN Cyberville.
  • Address inquiries about DXN’s facilities, events, products, and promotions held by company.
  • Facilitate tours and provide detailed information about DXN Cyberville facilities and services.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues or elevate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and seamless service delivery.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or Communications, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay; additional languages, particularly Mandarin or Tamil, are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with event coordination and hospitality services.
  • Confidence and the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience is an added advantage, especially for roles involving events or in‑house training.
  • Knowledge of DXN’s product range and operational processes is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude in dealing with customers and colleagues.
