We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Quote Management Team Lead to oversee our end-to-end quoting process. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of all customer quotes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, adept at managing team capacity, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with senior leadership on critical business initiatives. You will play a key role in aligning our quoting strategy with financial forecasts and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Workflow Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of the quoting team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
  • Oversee team capacity planning and workload distribution to meet business demands and
  • Proactively identify and resolve internal and external issues that impede the quote process, ensuring timely delivery.
Process Optimization & Quality Assurance
  • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve the quoting process to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain labour and cost parameters based on historical data to ensure quoting consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct pre-submission reviews of all quotes with the team to facilitate knowledge transfer, error-proofing, and continuous learning.
Financial Analysis & Strategy
  • Perform thorough financial analysis on each quote, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and customer agreements.
  • Conduct a final review of all financial parameters and make strategic adjustments as necessary to meet forecasted financial goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Confidential Projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Manufacturing site and senior management on highly complex and confidential quotes.
