Job summary

A leading global automotive firm in Subang Jaya is seeking a quality professional with 5+ years of experience, particularly in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include managing customer complaints and leading containment actions, while also ensuring quality improvements through effective communication and project management. Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality, with at least 3 years in automotive.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3.
• Familiar with 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints with quick response.
• Lead containment actions at customer sites.
• Drive root cause analysis and submit 8D reports.
• Visit customers for feedback and quality improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Support project quality management and smooth mass production
• Ensure quality in engineering and process changes

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years in Quality (≥3 years in automotive)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3
• Familiar with 8D, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, Control Plan
• Motor experience is a plus
