Customer Experience Specialist (Accommodation) Japanese Speaker

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure that customers have a comfortable travel experience.
• As the first point of contact for complaints, respond to inbound calls, including emergencies, in a professional manner.

Work location

KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Working hours

Shift system, 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday. 7:00 AM ~ 4:30 PM or 10:30 AM ~ 8:00 PM

Salary

• Base salary: RM8,000–RM10,000
• Incentive: RM500 (changes monthly)
• Base salary varies depending on experience, test results, and interview results.
