Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for service request reception, entitlement check, registration, and its distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and waiting area.
• Identify customer needs or complaints and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.
• Update customers on repair progress, charges, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and back office for smooth service flow.
