Job summary

A leading technology firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Care Executive to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, manage logistics communications, and ensure orders are fulfilled effectively. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. This role offers a salary range of RM 3,500 RM 4,500 and works Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.45 pm.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers enquiries regarding products and services.
  • Gather information, customer needs, feedback and conduct customer surveys.
  • Liaising with the logistical team for delivering equipment and parts.
  • Working with the Logistics team to create PO, DO, Invoices and related forms.
  • Following up with Customers ensuring the order is successfully fulfilled.
