Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to provide top-notch support to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a minimum of SPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least a year of experience in a customer service role. The role includes rotational shifts and offers benefits like a phone rebate.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls & inquiries from customers professionally.
  • Troubleshoot network, billing & account issues.
  • Follow up & resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members & leaders to ensure quality service.
  • Escalate priority cases & participate in improvement initiatives.
  • Upsell & cross-sell services when necessary.

Skills

Proficient in English (both spoken & written)
Experience in contact centre/customer service/BPO

WE ARE HIRING - CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT (TECHNICAL)

Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,400 (Subject to approval)

Contract Duration: 1 year (Extendable at the company's discretion)

Working Days: 5 days a week (including weekends) + 2 days off

Shift: Rotational (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM) / 24-hour support if applicable

Job Responsibilities
