Job summary

A leading agriculture company located in Klang City is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for customer requests and claims, supporting urgent cases, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree, has experience in customer service or claim handling, and possesses strong communication abilities. Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer requests, complaints, and claims.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing first‑level support and accurate information.
  • Assess claim validity, determine chargeable vs. non‑chargeable cases, and ensure prompt processing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, QA, etc.) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate claim and customer records in EII and CRM systems.
  • Support urgent cases and escalation handling when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Claim Handling preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong multitasking, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM or EII or JIRA systems is an advantage.
