A customer service company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a potential candidate for a role in handling customer inquiries through various channels. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications and maintaining customer records with a professional demeanor. Candidates should have at least a year of experience in customer service and be able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Working hours: Monday - Sunday (5 working days/2 days off)
Rotational shift: 8am - 5pm / 11am - 8pm
