YOUR ROLE

Customer Business Solutions (CBS) is responsible for implementing and supporting PRISM Business Solutions for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with commercial, operational, and technical requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Promote PRISM Business Solutions by delivering tailored demonstrations and addressing technical queries during the tender process, based on thorough analysis of customer needs.
  • Implement the technical offer by defining functional requirements for EDI, LINK 4PL, and reporting; coordinating with IT for solution delivery; and leading User Acceptance Testing with Control Tower operations.
  • Train Control Tower Operations on the efficient use of business solutions tools, including data quality monitoring and issue resolution. Ensure relevant Work Instructions and documentation are available and updated.
  • Collaborate with CLL Technology team and CEVA IT to address technical changes and operational requirements.
  • Work with with account teams and CI to drive and monitor productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Present technical updates to PRISM account management and customers.
  • Provide Level 1 support for business solution tools (LINK 4PL, EDI, Reports) and ensure proper support process are in place.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
  • Experience in Global Transportation, Freight Forwarding or 4PL (>2 years)
  • Understanding of Order Management Systems and Transport Management Systems
  • Ability to operate in the business world and the IT world, seamlessly translating between their different languages, policies, processes, and governance structures
  • Knowledge of supporting technology topics like EDI/API, SQL, Power Platform, Workflow Automation and Case Management Systems
  • Practical experience in technical documentation and training end users.
