Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking individuals to join as customer service representatives. The role requires instilling high standards of service, efficient shop operations, and maintenance of stock levels. Candidates should possess the minimum PMR/PT3/SKM education, be Malaysian citizens, and have strong communication skills. Experience in the retail pharmacy sector is a plus. Shift work is required, including weekends and public holidays.
