Job Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of customer acquisition strategies to drive growth across online and offline channels.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through campaigns, outreach programs, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in developing marketing and sales materials to attract and convert new customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of acquisition initiatives.
  • Track and analyze acquisition campaign performance, preparing reports and insights for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries during the onboarding stage and provide clear, helpful guidance.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in events, roadshows, or digital campaigns to promote products and services.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills to track performance and support decision-making.
