Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on employee engagement.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

• Develop and implement culture and engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze engagement data.
• Manage the KFC Scholars Leadership Development Program.
