CRM Executive (Email & Retention) – eCommerce

ALPAKA is a fast-growing global eCommerce brand known for premium everyday carry gear. We’re looking for a CRM Executive (Email & Retention) to support and scale our customer lifecycle, email marketing, and retention strategies.

About the Role
What You’ll Do
  • Execute and optimise email & retention campaigns across global markets
  • Build and refine lifecycle flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, upsell
  • Assist with audience segmentation, personalisation, and list management
  • Conduct A/B tests and deliver clear reporting & insights
  • Collaborate with creative, eCommerce, and product teams on major launches, promos & new releases
  • Maintain strong email deliverability and clean customer data
  • Support retention initiatives across email, SMS, app and loyalty
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–4 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or retention marketing (eCommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation flows & customer journeys
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting campaign performance
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and strong communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo, SMS marketing, or loyalty programs
