A leading eCommerce holding company is seeking a CRM Executive to assist with CRM campaigns, manage customer data, and support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of CRM systems and strong organizational skills. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in-office, with a rate of up to RM150 per day based on an 8-hour workday.

  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns.

  • Support management of automated customer flows.

Limitless Technology is a leading eCommerce holding company managing a portfolio of successful brands across Southeast Asia and Australia, including CakeRush, Flower Chimp, Happy Bunch, and LVLY. Our brands provide exceptional gifting experiences through fresh flowers, delicious cakes, and curated gifts delivered with care. We are seeking a CRM Executive to support our CRM team.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns for EDM.
  • Content & Visual Support: Support the creation and deployment of compelling CRM content, including collaboration with design teams for visual assets for EDM.
  • Data Management & Segmentation: Aid in managing customer data, performing basic segmentation for targeted campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM system.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help monitor key CRM metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance and to make necessary changes quickly to optimise revenue.
  • A/B Testing Support: Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests for subject lines, email copy, content, and product placement to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Automated Flow Assistance: May be required to support the management and optimization of automated customer acquisition and retention flows.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide general assistance to the CRM team on urgent or ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
