• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Sales Administrative & Credit Control activities.
• Coordinate with the Project Team for Architect Certification issuance.
• Work with sales and finance teams for cash flow and billing matters.
• Follow up with purchasers, lawyers, and banks for loan statuses.
• Generate credit and collections reports weekly and monthly.
• Implement and monitor credit control policies.
• Attend to enquiries related to post sales properties.
