Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Create engaging, shareable visuals for EDMs, social media, and campaign key visuals.
  • Develop impactful branding projects including logos, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.
  • Design presentation decks to communicate big ideas effectively.
  • Produce motion graphics, 2D/3D videos, and explore AR where applicable.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects with urgency while staying updated on design trends.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Proven experience creating hyper-realistic visual effects and compositing.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience in 3D modelling (Figma, Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, Blender, SketchUp) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills in fast‑paced environments.
  • Able to visualize, present, and deliver concepts on time, supported by a solid portfolio.
  • Multilingual communication skills (English, Mandarin, Malay) are an advantage.
  • 2 years latest portfolio: 2023-2024, must consist of at least 5 superimpose images in the portfolio.
  • Preferable portfolio: Behance or personal website.
