Coupa Functional Consultant (Open for any procurement system)

about the job

• To maintain Coupa to ensure optimum performance and reliability at all time
• To take part in end-to-end Coupa project eg ; business requirement gathering, understand business processes, hands‑on functional configuration based on requirements (eg ; table and data structure), UAT & others
• To maintain a good relationship with the business users lead & other related stakeholders
• To execute daily Event Management, Incident Management, Change Request when necessary
• To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

about the manager/team

You will become Coupa functional consultant, working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support / end to end implementation role within Coupa.

about requirements:

• Someone who has at least 4 years of experience in Coupa within implementation project and/or support (L3) is an added but not compulsory.
• Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsory.
• Those with experience in any of these Procurement related processes ; Sourcing / Contracting / Requisition / Purchasing / Invoicing is an added but not compulsory.
• Someone with exposure in cloud is an added advantage but not compulsory
• Someone with experience on Project Management & Vendor Management is an added advantage but not compulsory
• Someone with at leadership experience is an added advantage but not compulsory

about the salary & benefits
