Your Opportunity: Country Manager

As Country Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the region. Leading 43 stores with 6 Regional Managers as your direct reports, you will inspire high-performing teams and help shape the future of Lovisa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspiring Leadership: Conduct impactful store visits, evaluate performance, motivate Regional Managers, and set clear objectives.
  • Clear Communication: Keep the team aligned with action plans, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Building Strong Teams: Recruit, develop, and nurture high-performing teams focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Loss Prevention: Lead security excellence by implementing Lovisa’s best practices for shrinkage reduction.
  • Regional Oversight: Lead and manage all Regional Managers within the region, ensuring Lovisa’s high standards are upheld and growth targets are achieved across all stores.
