You will partner closely with Marketing leadership to shape best‑in‑class creative work, elevate brand experience, and champion innovation across all touchpoints.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the conceptual development and execution of high‑impact visual design for flagship marketing initiatives, while also pushing the boundaries of brand expression through experimentation, forward‑thinking design systems, and the integration of advanced AI tools. As the senior‑most individual contributor in the Creative Studio, you will influence creative standards across the country, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and provide guidance to junior design talent.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, brand builder, and hands‑on creative leader‑someone who thrives at the intersection of design, marketing, and technology.

As a Guru you are Accountable for:
Creative Leadership & Brand Direction
  • Lead the creative direction for major brand and marketing initiatives at the country level.
  • Drive concept development grounded in marketing strategy, audience insights, and brand ambition.
  • Steer the evolution of the brand in‑market, developing elevated visual systems that innovate while maintaining consistency and integrity.
  • Lead hands‑on design execution across digital, print, social, campaign, and event materials.
  • Ensure excellence, accuracy, and consistency in all visual outputs, from concept through production.
  • Oversee complex design challenges that require advanced problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
AI & Innovation Leadership
  • Champion the integration of AI tools to enhance ideation, accelerate workflows, and unlock new forms of brand expression.
  • Develop and document best practices for AI‑enabled creative processes.
  • Evaluate emerging creative technologies and proactively introduce relevant innovations to the team.
Strategic Partnership & Collaboration
  • Act as a creative thought partner to Marketing leadership, contributing to campaign strategy, brand direction, and creative decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other functions to ensure cohesive and elevated brand presence across all touchpoints.
  • Translate complex marketing or business goals into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Communication & Stakeholder Influence
  • Present creative concepts confidently and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Advocate for strong design principles, creative excellence, and brand integrity.
  • Deliver clear creative rationale, grounded in strategy, insight, and craft.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to the creative team.
  • Contribute to building a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the Creative Studio.
Trend & Insight Foresight
  • Keep a pulse on global and regional design, marketing, culture, and AI trends.
  • Bring forward new ideas, styles, and approaches that advance the brand and inspire the team.
What we are looking for:
Leadership & Communication
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Interest and ability in mentoring and developing junior creative talent.
Experience & Capability
  • Proven years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or art direction in an agency or high‑paced in‑house environment.
  • Proven ability to lead creative work at a senior level with a strong understanding of marketing objectives.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, brand‑building, and innovative visual systems.
Technical Proficiency
  • Expert‑level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential).
  • Demonstrated capability with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, automation workflows) and strong understanding of their strategic application.
  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing (Premiere Pro).
Strategic & Creative Thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and translate strategy into powerful visual expression.
  • Deep expertise in branding, identity systems, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
  • Strong conceptual development skills with an eye for detail and design precision.
