The successful candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, reconcile accounts, and maintain relationships with vendors. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, is required. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like SAP is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team are also important for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in costing or management accounting.
• Proficient in ERP software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production costs and overhead.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-control measures.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Process invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances with vendor statements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain vendor relationships.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support in annual audit processes.
