Job summary

A leading support services provider seeks a detail-oriented individual to manage product costing and BOM structure updates. The position requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include preparing product cost submissions and communicating with customers on cost-related issues. This role is based in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile product related costing for timely submission.
• Update BOM structure according to Change Notes from Engineer.
• Monthly reconciliation to claim product price variance.
• Communicate proactively on product cost issues with customers.
• Monitor and issue quotations to customers.

• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work at Senai, Johor, Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile product related costing and manage to submit BOM cost structure timely according to customers' calendar.
• Update BOM structure according to the CN (Change Note) received from Engineer.
• Monthly reconciliation required to claim product price variance.
• Proactively communicate with customer/ commercial team on related issue especially product cost/ claims received.
• Monitor and issue quotations to customer.
