Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent academic experience.

• Basic knowledge in material properties and design guidelines of mechanical commodity.
• Understand manufacturing operations and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a costing calculation within the time frame.
• Review product drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate RFQ costing to ensure competitive pricing.
• Communicate with customers to understand manufacturing needs.
• Seek cost saving opportunities internally and externally.
• File quotation documentation for record purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
