Cost Control Executive - F&B (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Gain hands-on experience in F&B cost control and inventory management while building a solid foundation for your career. This position plays a key role in monitoring accountability and profitability for our F&B operations. You will be assigned with essential day to day cost control and inventory management responsibilities for assigned business units, supporting cost control and smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Menu Profitability: Prepare and maintain accurate recipe costing to support menu pricing decisions and strengthen overall business unit profitability.
  • Ensure Cost and Inventory Accountability: Conduct surprise checks, yield and portioning audits, and verify end of month stock counts to ensure operation maintains operational standards.
  • Month End Costing Activities: Perform month end closing duties, including inventory verification, inventory reconciliation, cost of sales reporting, inter kitchen transfer costing and monitoring wastage and staff meals.
  • Interdepartmental Partnering: Work closely within Purchasing, Finance and F&B Operations to identify cost saving opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to cost margin analysis, menu engineering initiatives, special projects, and other adhoc task assigned by Head of Department or Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Candidate with 1 years of experience, specifically within F&B industry will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin, both written and spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, a team player and proactive.
