As a Cost Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and monitoring the company's costs, helping to optimise financial performance and drive operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Cost Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on production costs (labour, materials, overheads) to prepare detailed reports for management.
• Variance Analysis: Compare actual production costs to standard costs to identify discrepancies and areas for cost reduction.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing budgets, forecasting expenses, and analyzing inventory levels to identify obsolete or excess stock.
• Process Improvement: Work with production, procurement, and finance departments to optimize cost-efficient strategies.
• Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in cost accounting records and validate vendor invoices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Generally 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, supply chain, or cost accounting.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (modeling), Odoo systems, and data management.
• Analytical Abilities: Excellent numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication: Ability to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
