Haitian Machinery (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kulai, Johor

Establish and optimize the company’s cost accounting system, and develop comprehensive cost management policies and procedures.

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting and cost carry-forward, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial data.

Monitor and analyze production cost fluctuations, conduct variance analysis, and prepare cost analysis reports.

Review material consumption, labor hour allocation, finished goods warehousing and other related data to ensure accuracy and compliance of cost accounting records.

Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Warehousing and other departments to drive cost control and continuous optimization.

Manage and update standard costs, analyze variances between actual and standard costs.

Responsibleforperformingandmanagingcostallocationactivitiestoensureaccuratedistributionofcostsacrossproducts,departments,andbusinessunits.

Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts by providing relevant cost insights and data.

Manage and train the cost accounting team, continuously improving team capability and performance.

Assist with audit and tax inquiries related to cost data and provide necessary explanations.

Qualifications
