The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of senior management experience in retail wholesale distribution, preferably in cosmetics, alongside strong communication and financial management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recent senior experience in General Management of a Retail Wholesale Distribution channel.
• Outstanding communication skills with excellent command of English and Malay.
• Strong financial management experience with the ability to develop budgets and targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with the company's vision.
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across all functional areas.
