Job summary

The Development Manager leads JCPAC’s fundraising, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure financial sustainability and community support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies including grants, donations, and sponsorships.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and partners.
  • Manage donor database, reporting, and stewardship.
  • Write compelling proposals and manage sponsorship deliverables.
  • Collaborate with marketing and programming teams to align messaging and impact reporting.
  • Organise donor recognition events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Arts Management, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the arts or non-profit sector preferred.
  • Candidates from adjacent industries such as film, music, entertainment, cultural institutions, creative agencies, media, or other relevant development and partnership-driven sectors are also welcomed.
