A corporate advisory firm in Subang Jaya is seeking a Corporate Secretary to oversee company secretarial functions. You will manage a team, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide mentorship. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Monitor departmental performance targets and collections.
Oversee the overall company secretarial functions of a portfolio of clients including advising clients on various corporate governance, statutory requirements and all other relevant statutory requirements and guidelines.
Supervise and mentor a group of junior executives and coordinate with external mentor when necessary.
Provide periodic reports for management meetings.
Review and monitor the preparation of records, such as notices, minutes and resolutions for shareholders' and directors' meetings for the clients.
Advise the clients' Board and Senior Management during Board and Shareholder meetings and any other relevant client meetings as may be required in a role as corporate governance adviser.
Coach a group of junior executives to comply with statutory and regulatory deadlines, standard operating procedures to achieve job delivery at zero risk.
Review and monitor standard operating procedures.
Advise the clients concerning the closing down of company, transactions of business involving internal affairs, stakeholders, directors and officers.
Lead billings to and receivables from clients.
Develop and refresh required knowledge and skills.
Complete other ad‑hoc duties as and when required.
Must be a team leader and manage a team of corporate secretaries before.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administrative, or any equivalent related field.
3-5 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or digital transformation.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical teams.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
