Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling corporate secretarial matters in compliance with Companies Act 2016.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings with SSM.
  • Assist in organizing board meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Handle lodgement of statutory forms and annual returns.
  • Support senior company secretary in corporate governance matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.
