Responsibilities:
Conduct daily sales activities including telemarketing, appointment setting, sales presentations, follow-ups, and updating CRM or sales records.
Actively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing suitable solutions.
Provide product or technical support during and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Work closely with internal departments (operations, marketing, support) to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, or networking events when required.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Support team initiatives and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, any field.
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is confident in presentation.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those with experience would be advantage.
