Job summary

A technology company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to conduct data analysis and manage supplier profiles. Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, handling capital plans, reviewing requisitions, and managing financial expenses. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree, ideally 2 years of experience, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Preference will be given to Chinese-speaking candidates as the role involves interaction with Chinese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Conduct data analysis & data collection to provide a statistical report for Management information needs.
2. To evaluate the performance & qualification of the suppliers, create and manage their profile by formulation and implementation the standard of supplier management.
3. To handle monthly or annually capital plans and materials demand plan by supervise and implementation the plans based on circumstances.
4. To review the item requisition and handle the outbound activities in warehouse.
5. To examine the needs of equipment, scraps equipment, repairs or processed.
6. To examine the lowest price in monthly sales & handle customer complaints.
7. To handle the reimbursement of financial expenses and examine the payment plans.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification.
• Fresh Graduate(s) are welcome to apply.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Data analysis, Purchasing or Finance.
• Willing to learn and work independent with minimal supervision.
• Able to interact with people of all levels.
• Detail oriented, team player, pro‑active and able to work under tight deadline. Self‑driven, motivated, and able to function independently as well as comfortable to work in a team environment.
• Preferable Chinese‑speaking candidates as the role requires candidates to deal with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
