What you'll be doing

• Handle IT support tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Manage IT asset tracking for Malaysia (hardware, software, and inventory).
• Oversee IT vendor, contract, and budget tracking.
• Support patch management, technology refresh cycles, and configuration tracking.
• Ensure smooth IT operations by resolving issues promptly and escalating when needed.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to align on standards, processes, and best practices.

What you need to succeed

• Diploma or above in IT, Information Security, or related fields.
• Experience in IT administration, including laptop setup, offboarding, and Microsoft 365 Suite of services.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Certification in IT administration (e.g., M365, AWS) is a plus.
• Prior IT support experience in the retail industry preferred.
