A leading digital economy agency in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Events Intern to assist in planning and executing corporate events. This role involves hands-on experience with event management, coordination with stakeholders, and on-ground event operations. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree and must have good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The internship is primarily for Malaysian students and requires a commitment of at least four months.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management or related fields.
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship.
• This internship is open to Malaysian students only.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and meetings.
• Prepare and manage event-related documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
• Support during event setup and actual day operations.
• Assist in post-event reporting and reconciliation.
