Job description
  • Prepare written content in Chinese and English for corporate announcements, promotional materials, presentations, and events.
  • Draft scripts for videos, corporate messages, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Support internal and external communication activities to maintain brand consistency.
Social Media & Digital Presence
  • Manage corporate social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Monitor engagement and assist in improving digital communication strategies.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with corporate branding guidelines.
Branding & Marketing Materials
  • Assist in designing and coordinating booklets, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Support the development of marketing and promotional collaterals.
  • Liaise with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Guest Reception & Corporate Image
  • Act as the front-line representative at reception, welcoming guests, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
  • Coordinate guest visits and provide basic information or assistance as required.
  • Ensure reception and public areas reflect a professional corporate image.
Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Coordinate with internal departments on branding and communication needs.
