Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Master in any field.
  • Candidate able to communicate and good writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently.
Responsibilities
  • Handle government officer when there is government officer visiting DSIC and including the branches.
  • Handle government application for DSIC.
  • Follow up DSIC application on government department.
  • Understand government direction and propose DSIC direction to Company.
  • Build and strengthen the relationship between DSIC and government department.
  • Monitor all the documentation between DSIC and government department.
  • Create a better control and monitoring filing system for DSIC regarding government document.
  • Monitor and supervise downline work performance and create and build better performance downline.
  • Cooperate with other department to smooth up the work and building a better relationship between department head.
  • Manage and handle full spectrum of Corporate Affairs related matters, duties which include liaise with government agency, accreditation, star rating, myquest, government department inspection, and other academic institution.
  • Plan, develop and implement corporate affairs strategies and development.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of government implementation strategies and systems.
  • Responsibility for creating and communicating a favorable public image for his employer or client.
