Liaise, interact and coordinate activities in keeping the project and its internal processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices on a timely manner.
  • Ensure that payment is received on time.
  • Follow-up/monitor on project progress and provide support to the project management team.
  • Responsible for office administration.
  • Prepare tender and technical aspects commercial in later stage.
  • Assist PE in Final Documentation.
