Role

Are you a detail‑oriented professional with a passion for organization and client service? We’re looking for a motivated, high‑energy Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of services across the Southeast Asia region. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—managing schedules, updating systems, and driving efficiency to meet client expectations.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate & Connect: Work closely with facilities, vendors, and clients to process service requests, schedules, and invoices in line with client operating procedures.
  • Stay Responsive: Handle inquiries promptly and resolve scheduling issues with professionalism.
  • Keep Data Flowing: Input and update service‑related information in real‑time across internal and client systems.
  • Drive Performance: Support regional profitability by meeting KPIs related to usage rates, expenses, and local sales.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely service delivery by processing requests quickly and scheduling within client deadlines.
  • Support & Escalate: Assist auditors/consultants with logistics and escalate issues when needed.
  • Optimize Processes: Identify improvement opportunities and share insights internally.
  • Manage Costs: Accurately estimate travel expenses for quoting.
  • Adapt & Assist: Take on additional office tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Educational background in English, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Detail‑oriented, patient, and committed to integrity and teamwork.
  • Critical thinker with an analytical, results‑driven approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written) and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
