Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and workstations are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Dispose of waste, wash dishes, and manage recycling in accordance with hygiene standards.
  • Unload and store deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO method).
  • Refill and organize kitchen supplies, condiments, and ingredients.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist with packing, plating, and simple cooking tasks when required.
  • Support kitchen team in daily operations and during busy service periods.
