Mimirahayu Haniff Heng & Partners is seeking a dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Conveyancing Clerk and/or Legal Accountant in Kuala Lumpur. These roles play an essential part in supporting the firm’s conveyancing practice and financial operations, ensuring the smooth handling of property transactions, loan documentation, and legal accounting matters. Training and guidance will be provided, especially for junior staff and fresh graduates.
Assisting lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation.
To handle sub-sale SPA, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other Conveyancing matters.
Prepare Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
To Liaise with clients, developers, bankers & various government bodies
To maintain and update file status on operation system
Attend to daily clerical works
Maintaining detailed records and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all conveyancing matters
To handle loan documentation work from start to finish for financial institution.
To handle sale and purchase agreement from start to finish and clerical task independently inclusive of e-adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration.
Providing administrative support to the conveyancing team as needed
Responsible for managing all financial and accounting matters within a legal firm. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements specific to legal practice.
Generate clients' invoices and ensure timely billing and collections.
Liaise with lawyers and secretaries to verify disbursements, professional fees, and tax details.
Prepare basic financial reports and support daily accounting tasks.
Experience in handling mostly sub-sale SPA/project & Loan Documentation (experience not required for junior roles)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills, proactive, responsible team player, matured, independent, initiative, responsible and committed personalities.
