Job description
CONTRACT WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (ONLINE BUSINESS/e-COMMERCE)
  • Understand packing process by category MOI / SOI as per guideline given.
  • Ensure scan every single item in box to confirm the accuracy is 100% as per picked.
  • Hourly Productivity needs to be achieved based on type of packing of orders.
  • Ensure follow the process flow and instruction given by supervisor in daily operation to achieve the capacity.
  • Checking the condition of products during packing before packing for customers’ orders to ensure quality of orders is fulfilled.
  • Make sure use sustainable packaging material to protect the parcel in proper way
  • Report any damaged or defective products during packing to the supervisor on floor
  • Attach correct AWB and do load ship in rf to complete the packing process
  • Follow steps for multiple carton AWB process for Lazada order and OP from local docket system
  • Picking orders by category MOI / SOI and by platform OP, SHOPEE, LAZADA & TIKTOK.
  • Ensure picking in right location, right item, and right quantity to maintain better picking accuracy.
  • Hourly Productivity needs to be achieved based on type of orders picking.
  • Ensure to follow the process flow and instruction given by supervisor in daily operation to hit the capacity.
  • Checking the condition of products during picking before picking for customers’ orders to ensure the quality of orders fulfillment.
  • Report any damaged or defective products during picking to the supervisor on floor
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILL/EXPERIENCE
  • Able to read and understand basic English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse/e-Commerce operation process
  • Able to count and read numbers, e.g. 1 until 100
  • Ability to use handheld barcode scanners and RF system for daily activities
  • Must have basic computer knowledge and skills
