Job description
  • Support the HR team in managing daily HR and administrative operations.
  • Handle payroll processing for part-time and outsourced staff accurately and on time.
  • Assist in workmen recruitment activities, including sourcing, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentation materials for management review.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and company activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in HR or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
