Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Estimator / QS in interior renovation or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction costing, contracts, and procurement.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Contract Estimator to manage cost planning, tendering, and contract administration for our renovation projects. This role suits a mature professional who is detail-driven, commercially sound, and able to work closely with project teams to ensure financial control and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Support the project team with cost planning, value engineering, and cost control
• Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure contracts and documentation are properly managed and compliant
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, site teams, and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Estimator / QS in interior renovation or construction
• Strong understanding of construction costing, contracts, and procurement
• High attention to detail with strong commercial awareness
• Good team player with the ability to work across departments
• Mature, organised, and responsible working style
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office; experience with QS software is an advantage
