Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution and fulfillment of contract and commercial KPIs.
• Promote and facilitate the implementation of standardized company contract templates.
• Provide contract negotiation support for pre-sales contract.
• Work closely with project team to ensure the internal review and approval process of contract and commercial price application fulfill the company's policy.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Logistics, Finance, Law or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively will be considered an advantage.
• Solid analytical capabilities, with familiarity in statistics and data analysis tools (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).
• Familiar with international trading, international law, project management principles, finance management, Sale and bidding procedure, etc. Experience in contract risk identification or contract negotiation is an added advantage.
• Be familiar with the basic elements and requirements of the Contract/PO clauses.
• Basic understanding in bidding process, project delivery and contract/PO management.
