Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to develop and execute content strategies across platforms, particularly focusing on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter content or any other related platform.
Assist in identifying seasonal content opportunities and campaigns that align with broader content goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of content plans and campaigns.
Work alongside the content team to ensure that event and partnership activities align with the overall content growth strategy.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to content creation and campaigns.
Troubleshoot operational challenges to maintain smooth workflows for content production and distribution.
Maintain, update, and enforce deadlines across all formats (articles, videos, skits, social media posts).
Create and continuously update documentation for content processes, shoot checklists, publishing workflows, approval pipelines, etc.
Assist in gathering performance metrics (views, reads, engagement) from different platforms and prepare regular reports.
Manage content outputs from externals/freelancers and basic tracking of outsourced payments or services related to content.
Support content creation efforts on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Twitter content and other platforms, aiming to meet key engagement and reach targets.
Assist in organizing social media campaigns, including giveaways, promotions, and livestream opportunities.
Organize raw footage, edited videos, written drafts, visual assets, scripts, etc., in an accessible system (Drive, Notion).
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong interest in content and digital media are welcome!
A keen interest in social media management and content creation.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Experience or familiarity with content creation processes or social media management is a plus, but not mandatory.
