Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on Content Operator to execute and manage our content across multiple platforms, while supporting the growth and engagement of our community. You’ll work closely with designers, videographers, and project leaders to ensure content is consistent, on‑brand, and delivered on time. This role blends day‑to‑day execution with the opportunity to contribute ideas that improve content performance.

What You’ll Do

Content Execution & Management

  • Publish and manage content across Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Repurpose content for different formats and channels.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and templates.

Community Support & Engagement

  • Monitor social channels and respond to comments or questions according to brand voice.
  • Support community engagement initiatives under guidance from the marketing team.
  • Assist with sales funnel content delivery and tracking.

Content Coordination & Quality Control

  • Work closely with creative teams to execute briefs and produce assets.
  • Proofread and format content for clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain content calendars, trackers, and asset libraries.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track basic performance metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach).
  • Assist in A/B testing content formats under supervision.
  • Report on content performance and suggest minor improvements.

Trend Awareness

  • Keep up with platform updates, trends, and memes relevant to the brand.
  • Share insights or ideas that could improve content reach or engagement.

Tool Familiarity

  • Design: Canva/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
  • Video: Capcut/Adobe Premiere Pro/Streamyard
  • Social Media Scheduling: Buffer/Later/Hootsuite
Who You Are
  • 1–4 years experience in content creation, social media operations, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Web3, tech, or fintech brands is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain brand tone.
  • Comfortable following briefs and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and eager to learn quickly.
