Here are the responsibilities:
  • Prior experience in managing and resolving clients’ issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • To consult and evaluate a client's business progress and achievements throughout the 1 year journey.
  • To understand and have an interest in the business fundamentals specifically in the Sales & Digital Marketing field.
  • Prior experience in managing Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Tiktok ads, or other social media ad platforms.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the clients throughout the program to increase customer efficiency.
  • To respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a good relationship with Hasbul Brothers clients.
  • To organize, update, and maintain records of the client database and progress reports.
  • To liaise and work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure customer service efficiency.
Desired skills & requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or any equivalent courses.
  • Important - At least 2-5 years of experience in the digital marketing/ sales/ business/ client engagement field.
  • To have an interest in the fundamentals of business knowledge and marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering great excellent service.
  • The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
