Content Creation
- Create daily/weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
- Design simple marketing visuals (posters, carousels, stories, reels thumbnails)
- Record and edit short‑form videos (Reels/TikTok), including basic filming on phone
- Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand tone (educational, promotional, or lifestyle)
Content Planning & Execution
- Follow and help maintain a content calendar (posting schedule, campaigns, themes)
- Repurpose content across platforms to maximise reach
- Ensure content aligns with ongoing promotions, events, or services
- Prepare content in advance when required (batch creation)
Brand & Quality Control
- Maintain consistent brand tone, colours, and messaging
- Ensure accuracy of information (especially for service‑based or regulated businesses)
- Follow internal SOPs for content approval (if applicable)
Engagement & Support
- Assist in replying to basic comments or DMs (if assigned)
- Monitor post performance (likes, reach, saves, engagement)
- Suggest content ideas based on trends, FAQs, or customer behaviour
Required Skills & Experience – Must‑Have
- Able to create content using a smartphone (photo & video)
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.)
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia (English is an advantage)
- Organised, punctual, and able to meet posting deadlines
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience managing social media for a small business
- Understanding of social media trends (Reels/TikTok style content)
- Basic understanding of marketing or branding
- Photography or videography background
